Whole Stuffed Bird
For stuffed birds, roast at 325° until stuffing is 165° and meat is 165°
6-8 lb. for 3 – 3½ hours
8-12 lb. for 3½ – 4½ hours
12-16 lb. for 4½ – 5½ hours
16-20 lb. for 5½ – 6½ hours
20-24 lb. for 6½ – 7 hours
24-28 lb. for 7 – 8½ hours
Whole Unstuffed Bird
For unstuffed birds, roast at 325° until internal temperature of meat is 165°
4-6 lb. for 1½ – 2 hours
6-8 lb. for 2¼ – 3¼ hours
8-12 lb. for 3¼ – 4 hours
12-16 lb. for 4 – 4½ hours
16-20 lb. for 4½ – 5 hours
20-24 lb. for 5 – 5½ hours
24-28 lb. for 5½ – 6 hours
