All wild game is inspected upon receiving and is again thoroughly inspected by our sausage makers who have over 30 years of experience in both wild game processing and sausage making. We do this to insure we are beginning with the freshest raw protein to which we then add the highest quality beef and/or pork to create a perfect balance of flavor that maintains the integrity of the wild game. Here at Maplewood Meats we blend our own seasonings which results in products that accentuate the qualities of wild game while upholding our main intent of crafting a perfectly balanced product. We have invested in processing equipment and experienced personnel that consistently focus on every detail that goes into creating perfect texture and balanced flavor in every product we make.
