Wisconsin Meat Industry Hall of Fame

Roger and Pat Van Hemelryk, founders of Maplewood Meats in Green Bay, Wisconsin, have been honored with induction into the Wisconsin Meat Industry Hall of Fame. Their journey began in 1983, turning a small 3,400 square foot meat market into a 35,000 square foot state-inspected retail and custom processing plant.
